Noelle's Blogs, Coming soon

Noelle’s love for physical therapy and movement began at an early age. Noelle grew up playing outside in the woods, rivers, and mud with her brothers. When she wasn’t outside in the woods, she was playing sports. She played many sports but fell in love with soccer. From the age of 5 all the way through high school she played travel and high school soccer. Once in high school she found running and joined the high school cross country team. She then attended the University of North Georgia where she ran cross country and track and field. After she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, she stayed to finish up her pre-requisites for PT school while being a Post Graduate Student Assistant Coach for the University of North Georgia Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field Team.  In college, is where Noelle’s love for running really took off.

Ever since freshman year of high school Noelle knew she wanted to be a Physical Therapist (PT). Noelle’s experience with PT was twofold. Her mother is a PT and an athlete she had many injures that required the expertise of a PT. Noelle always had a love and passion for helping others and knew PT would be her path. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

Noelle has experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. She has a passion for helping people with return to active lifestyles and the sports they love. She understands the importance of developing a personal connection with each of her clients. She strives to truly understand her clients’ goals, concerns, and strengths to help them successfully rehab their injury and reach their goals. She is trained in running medicine, dry needling, and multiple manual therapies which she uses to help with her approach to each personalized treatment session. She has an extensive history understanding movement patterns and the importance of strength and exercise in rehab and life!

Outside of the clinic, Noelle enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. Most of the time she is outside hiking, traveling and being active rain or shine! You will probably catch her running down the street, on the greenbelt or participating in a race. She has run multiple half marathons and has completed a marathon that qualified her the run the Boston Marathon.  If she is not outside you can catch her watching Georgia football, Braves Baseball or Atlanta United Soccer games on TV or at the stadium
